All bookings must be confirmed via email or official communication channels. A confirmation invoice will be sent once the tour details and payment terms are agreed upon.

A deposit (usually 20–30%) is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the tour start date, unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the tour: Full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made 7–13 days before the tour: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour: No refund of the deposit.
In special cases (e.g. medical emergencies), we may offer flexible solutions.

We allow changes to the booking dates or itinerary if requested at least 5 days before the tour. Changes are subject to availability and may involve additional costs.

Clients are responsible for holding valid travel documents, including passports and visas. We provide support for Azerbaijan e-visa applications upon request.

We recommend all travelers have valid travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and luggage. MWA is not responsible for personal injuries or lost belongings during the trip.

MWA is not liable for changes or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions, or global health crises). In such cases, we will offer alternatives where possible.

We expect respectful behavior from all travelers toward guides, locals, and fellow group members. Disruptive or offensive behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.
